We have some good news and bad news...

The good news is this server now serves its web pages over a secure connection using modern encryption protocols.

The bad news? Your operating system (WindowsXP) is now out of date and cannot properly handle modern secure connections. In fact, less than 10% of websites support SSLv3 and that number is dropping every day. Unfortunately it's very difficult to maintain modern security practises while also having backwards compatibility with WindowsXP. Have you been wondering why you can't access a lot of websites anymore? It's time to jump off the sinking ship...

I've tried in vain to download the lame [avformat-55.dll] app that Audacity requires so as to import mp4 videos for the purpose of merging them but without any luck. My usual (dead easy) prog for merging -wisoft - has for some reason stopped completing the process. hence the need for an alternative. Even tried following one of the tutorials on You Tube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fx8pYUM-18k but cannot get past the point where -after downloading & installing it - I cannot locate where it is saved so the attached screenshot image does not appear. Any hints please?
